Use these as mix-and-match blocks. Where relevant, I’ve included an easier and a harder option.

Back & Biceps (Pulling)
- Australian rows (low rail) → harder: feet elevated rows
- Pull-ups / chin-ups (various grips, archer, L-sit pulls)
- Typewriter / archer pull-ups
- Tuck front-lever holds → progressions: one-leg front lever
- Kettlebell: single-arm rows (support chest on low rail)

Chest, Shoulders & Triceps (Pushing)
- Parallel bar dips → harder: straight-bar dips / ring dips
- Push-ups (incline/decline/archer/ring push-ups)
- Straight-bar support holds / L-sit to support
- Kettlebell: overhead press, push press, floor press

Legs & Glutes
- Kettlebell goblet squats, split squats, pistol squats, lunges, RDLs
- Step-ups (low rail/box), Copenhagen holds (adductors, low rail)
- Box/rail squat jumps (use with care), broad jumps (marked floor ladders)
Core (Anterior & Obliques)
- Hanging knee raises / leg raises
- Toes-to-bar (if grip/height allows)
- L-sit / tuck L-sit (parallel bars)

Round x 4 (rest 60–90s):
- Pull-ups or rows – 6–10
- Parallel bar dips or push-ups – 8–12
- Kettlebell goblet squats – 10–12
- Hanging knee raises / L-sit tucks – 10–12
- Monkey-bar traverse – down & back
Progressions: swap rows → pull-ups; dips → dips; goblet → split squats; knees → straight-leg raises; add a second KB set (swings 15–20).
